Our Story

At North Country School of Strength, we believe in the transformative power of strength training. Though we aren't a physical brick and mortar gym, our mission is to empower student athletes (ages 16+) and middle-aged individuals to embark on a journey of health, wellness, and vitality. Not only do we supply monthly strength and conditioning programming, we offer a community. Join our online group to post progress, ask questions or to support others. We meet virtually twice each month for Q&A sessions and to touch base regarding your progress. The introductory price also includes 4 one-on-one sessions with the instructor at a gym location of your choice, and a training journal.

Join us on the path to harnessing your strength, both physically and mentally. Whether you're a student athlete or someone older who wants to learn how to regain strength, our community is dedicated to your growth and success. We not only provide for all of your programming needs, but include online connections to other trainees and bi-monthly online meetings for Q&A.
